National Open University was established in 2009 with a strong commitment towards excellence in research and innovative practices in higher education. National Open University is an Autonomous Private University under Society act established in Year 2009. The core of the University is an incessant quest for diversity of practices and creating scholars with global standards and skills.

The University has been established under the aegis of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Society Registered by Government of Maharashtra State, India. which has acquired a commendable record of service in the field of Education, Health care and Social welfare.

The main campus of the University is an Open and Self finance specially for Uneducated, rural villagers labour and unemployed or working people Dhule Maharashtra.
